1. Expert Harvesting

Every single k-mu is hand-selected at its peak. Our farmers ensure that only the densest and healthiest radishes are harvested to guarantee superior quality.



2. Sparkling Clean & Strict Sorting

Freshly harvested radishes are moved to our state-of-the-art facility. They undergo a multi-stage washing process followed by a strict sorting system based on size, shape, and crispness. Only the top-tier "Premium Grade" makes the cut.



3. Specialized Export Packaging

To maintain freshness during the long journey, k-mu is packed in specially designed export boxes. This ensures the "K-crunch" remains intact from Korea all the way to your kitchen.



4. Loading for the USA

Finally, the boxes are loaded onto temperature-controlled trucks. These shipments are now headed to Los Angeles, bringing the authentic taste of Korea to your local markets.
